Winter Park is one of the nation's best places to mountain bike. There are countless hiking and biking trails in the Winter Park area. You can pick up a map of trails at the Chamber of Commerce in town.
The Fraser River Trail is within walking distance from most condos and homes in Winter Park and Fraser and very easy (paved). Very pretty!
