Alpina-Madshus Stampede
First weekend of March 2009
If you are a cross-country ski enthusiast, you'll love the Alpina-Madshus Cross Country Ski Stampede.
The Alpina-Madshus Stampede is nordic ski race and is part of the Colorado Cup, a series of scored races.
There is 42km, 21km, 10km freestyle "mini stampede," and even a 2km course for the kids. Located at the

Wells Fargo Cup
Feb 28th - March 2nd, 2009
This is a fun weekend of competitions and the largest fundraiser for the National Sports Center for the Disabled.
Events include the Wells Fargo World Disabled Invitational, Denver Post Celebrity Smackdown (featuring Denver Broncos
alumni) and Frontier Cup Corporate Challenge.
