Weekend Party at the Park
April 4th & 5th, 2009
Good drink specials and live music at the Derailer Bar, smashing deals at the end-of-season blowout in base area
shops and free bump tips from the Winter Park Ski and Snowboard school (at top of the Prospector Lift at 1pm).

Family Weekend
April 11th & 12th, 2009
Fun for children of all ages with free fun carnival atmosphere including
stilt walkers, jugglers, face painters, caricature artists and live music. The Derailer Bar offers up great food
and drink specials for aprés ski. The end-of-season sales continue and so do the free bump and tele tips from the
Winter Park Ski and Ride School (at top of the Prospector Lift at 1pm). For more details, call the

Golden Bunny Classic Candy Hunt and Fun Race
April 12th, 2009
This is a 30-plus year Winter Park tradition, with an on-mountain candy and easter egg hunt, golden bunny fun race
(untimed) and a golden bunny coloring contest. Prizes for three age-categories. For more details, call the Guest

Weekend Throw-back to the 80’s
April 18th & 19th, 2009
Dust off your finest day-glow apparel, straight skinny skis
and old school one-pieces. Win valuable prizes in the “Dress Your Dog Hot” contest and old school costume contest,
both at the Plaza at 1pm. Enjoy relaxing on the deck of Derailer Bar with drink specials and live music and shop
’till you drop at the very last of the end-of-season sales. Get free Bump and Tele tips from the Winter Park Ski

Closing Day and Spring Splash Party!
April 19th, 2009
Watch skiers and riders struggle through obstacles on the Larry Sale trail race course and attempt to skim across
an icy pond to reach the finish line and post a time. Live music sets the tone for a closing day party that is

8-10:30am, go to Guest Services at Balcony House (base of Winter Park Resort). $20 entry fee; $39 lift and
entry fee, $15 employee entry fee. Limited to the first 100 participants. 18 and over, must show proof of age.
